BIO: Captain Cindy is from the coastal town of Bodrum, Turkey. She has over ten years of experience as a licensed Captain, navigating the Mediterranean and Caribbean. Cindy has previously owned and operated her own charter yacht in the Aegean Sea. Her priorities are guests' safety and creating a memorable guest experience. She enjoys Latin dancing, Beach adventures, and traveling the World. Native language is Turkish and she also speaks English.

Chief Stewardess- Marta Cairo-
Her diverse expertise, from fine wine knowledge to yoga and Pilates instruction, ensures a uniquely tailored guest experience. With over four years of industry experience spanning elegant service, creative event planning, and hands-on deck work, Marta is the one who makes every moment aboard a yacht unforgettable. blends professionalism with a personal touch. Whether she’s setting an exquisite dining table, whipping up a signature cocktail, or organizing an off-yacht adventure, her goal is to exceed expectations and create lasting memories for every guest.
In her downtime, Marta loves exploring coastal gems, experimenting with global cuisine, and sharing her love of beauty and wellness. With Marta at the helm of the interior, every charter becomes a five-star escape filled with warmth, elegance, and impeccable service.

Mate- Necati Colak- turkish
Necati has been working on yachts for a long time and values his experience. He hails from Turkey and quickly learned he wanted to be in the yachting industry. Necati had the opportunity to gain long cruising experience in the Med, Aegean, Black, and Adriatic seas. He attaches great importance to business seriousness and does his best to ensure that his guests have a fun and safe trip. In his free time off deck, Necati enjoys listening to music, playing football and taking long walks.

Deckhand- Ogulcan Guler
Ogulcan's maritime story started in Turkey and has been in the yachting industry for 4 years now. His goal aboard EXIT STRATEGY is to ensure guests have the most fun & safe trip. Ogulcan loves swimming, water sports, boxing, and discovering new places.

Chef- Charly raepsaet- french
Chef Charly is a dedicated chef from France. Starting his career almost 18 years ago, he now describes cooking as love. Charly loves traveling around the world, he just happened to find the perfect job where he gets to do both. Creating tasteful yet beautiful plated dinners, you are in for a real treat for his cooking on EXIT STRATEGY.
