CAPTAIN - MILJENKO LOVRIĆ

Professional Background:
Miljenko Lovric, owner and captain, born in Dubrovnik, completed secondary maritime school at the University of Dubrovnik and holds a master's degree in naval engineering, with 7 years of experience on ocean-going merchant ships as a mate. He graduated in criminal sciences, served 20 years in the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and retired 11 years ago as the Head of the Criminal Investigation Department, now a retired Police General. Continuing his family tradition, his grandfather owned the largest wooden merchant sailing ship on the island of Mljet, Miljenko also became a captain and owner of his vessels. Vivere is his third gulet, acquired in 2020 when she was imported from Fethiye, Turkey.

The captain enjoys various hobbies, including working out, painting, sculpting, interior design, fishing, diving, hiking, and traveling.
