ABOUT JAVIER:
Since my teenage years, I have served as a sailing team coach, and for a
decade, I blended my passion for teaching with numerous charters on classic
sailboats and catamarans, in addition to working as a freelancer in transport roles. Inrecent years, I have had the privilege of working on a diverse array of vessels, ultimately focusing on catamarans for their comfort and unmatched guest experience, including Privilege, Sunreef, and Fountain Pajot models.

ABOUT JORGE:
My first experience dates back to 2017, when I started working as a chef in a I worked in restaurants for 25 years and have been working on yachts for 5 years.
I have cruised many regions of the world which together with my previous experience give me the ability to cook anything you can wish for. I am only satisfied with the highest quality output and would love for you to challenge me.

WHAT CAN GUESTS EXPECT FROM YOU?
A variety of cooking styles ranging from Mediterranean to Asian. I like cooking healthy and am very punctual.

WHAT ARE YOUR MOST POSITIVE POINTS?
That I’m a very diverse chef and work well in stressful situations.

STEWARDESS | SAMANTHA RUIZ MILARA

ABOUT SAMANTHA:
I began my yachting career as a deckhand/stewardess on a private 22m yacht in Alicante during the summer of 2021. It didn’t take long for me to realize how much I enjoyed the work, so I expanded my experience by taking on additional charters aboard sailboats in the Balearic Islands. Most recently, I spent the summer of 2024 working aboard a 65ft sailing catamaran.

Guests can expect a warm, friendly, and professional attitude from me at all times. With my extensive background in customer service across various countries, I am passionate about ensuring they have a flawless and enjoyable experience on board. I pride myself on being adaptable, attentive, and always ready to anticipate and meet their needs.

I believe the positive aspects of my personality that help me excel in my job are mainly being assertive, dynamic, and having a strong work ethic.
